Talking with Mike made me think …..

Two weeks ago a sweet house on that show after Lost that totally caused me to drool – It was crazy Zwave and performed a decent job making it all work. Each ceiling fan could be controlled and amazingly the garage doors and pool were accessible from the many panels in the house.
I’ve been excited by basic home automation for forever but we’d not attempted automation of this level, it was crazy and I want everything I saw now.
Sometimes I dream of making the current place more automated so it can like adjusting the temperature for each room or voice alerting us to someone at the door. I’ll admit some stuff is a ways from now (despite the fact that some houses are in the process of it) still some more pragmatic goals for example lighting and music which can be changed over the internet are well within reach and inexpensive recently. I think I need to persuade the significant other... then she can hold responsible the site that got me interested: Insteon Controller

She just loves home automation

As with all items associated with house automation I really like recent items for sale by companies like Home Automation Inc and SmartLabs.
Many of these recent devices for sale are not in reality as big a deal as they claim since this stuff could all be done before utilizing currently accessible standard stuff but instead now they’re available as a tidy kit. Another perk is now you don’t need an electrical engineering degree to understand how it works.

Looking closer we see numerous likenesses among the various technologies. One such similarity, few of the product lineups use battery-operated products as signal relays, and almost all products use wireless communication in some manner. With other differences still, things become involved – I’m not going to venture to outline it now and mess it up, a site like this Insteon Controller does a good job of evaluating some of the contrast points.
So if anyone has good ideas for ways for me to make sufficient dough to pay for our new habit, for pete’s sake let us know!
