Some days, I hate traffic jams on my drive in!

Some times I don’t mind my job, but there are times when the drive to work is reason enough to cause me to retire early. Too many horrible motorists with not enough attention to the roadway. Adding insult to injury, I then hit the drink in my car on the way into the parking stall...
Whatever.
Re-trying our inclusion of theatre rooms combined with home automation …

Moving starting with lighting control over into in-house theatres isn’t very big of a jump in view of the fact that lots of users probably kicked off the journey for lighting via a remote control to make the full theatre room experience perfect. Personally the iPod touch controllers are a miracle and we use one for every one of our house’s televisions. When you consider that we don’t do the non-PVR style of watching any more, it felt like there was always a bunch of things to flick on and it wasted my time using the first changer and then the next one until things were setup, only to repeat the method after the movie was completed.

Speaking of remotes, the integration of items from Zwave with home entertainment is inching increasingly common by the day with many of the more innovating vendors making infrared integration from any home automation system recently and because of this one can then perform stuff such as switching the station of a radio that’s across the home with your wireless Zwave device. It’s exciting, and the details are described better at Home automation products when contrasted against some X10 sites so it’s a informative spot to see.
It’s apparent that he is entirely too eager when discussing this stuff.
Some days, I can’t stand traffic that make me late!

Most times I don’t mind my workplace, but once in a while the traffic coming in is all it takes to drive me not to show up. A million sleepy sheeple coupled with not enough attention to driving. To top it off, I then spilled the stupid coffee making my way in to the stall... Seriously.
Making the mixture of media room combined with lighting control …..

Branching out from lighting control into in-house theatres isn’t much of a change in view of the fact that most folks (myself included) likely kicked off the journey for control of lights through a integrated control unit to make the super cool room-turned-theatre experience ideal. In my mind the iPod touch clickers are a miracle and we have one for every one of the televisions. Considering we just don’t watch that ‘live’ tv thing any more, there is perpetually so many items to switch on which drove me crazy using one clicker then the next one until everything was ready, only to repeat the process once whatever I was watching was completed.

While smart remotes are here now, the crossover of technologies like Insteon and home theatres is becoming more real by the week with some of the more prevalent companies showcasing IR integration from any domotics network recently and because of this you can do things such as controlling a radio in an adjacent room of the house utilizing the wireless home network controls. I love this stuff, though it’s described in more of an easy to understand fashion here Home automation iPhone than many review sites so it’s a good spot to learn from.
That guy is dangerously eager about this stuff.
Grrrr, I really dislike accidents because of inattention!

Many times I don’t mind my workplace, but sometimes the traffic coming in is enough to drive me to resign. A million poor sheeple with a passing interest in concentration to driving. Adding to this, I then hit my carefully balanced coffee just as I pulled into the parkade...
Grrrr.
