Last night got me thinking .

I recently saw a killer house on HGTV that seriously made me salivate – They installed home automation and performed a decent job making it all work. Every window curtain was part of the automation and even silly things like the gate plus the pool were accessible from the many panels in the house.
We’ve gotten a kick out of the clapper for a while now but I hadn’t even dreamed about automation of this level, it was inspiring and I want everything I saw now.
I often day dream of having our condo do cool things along the lines of turning on the shower in the morning or announcing the weather for the day in the morning. maybe some stuff is still several years in the future (despite the fact that certain rich folks have done it) on the other hand items like lighting that can be remotely controlled should be locally available and inexpensive now. Grrrr, I don’t like pileups on my route!

There are weeks I enjoy my day job, but sometimes the traffic by itself is reason enough to force me to go back to bed. Just so many brutal people driving coupled with secondary concerns of concentration to driving. To top it off, what happens next? I spilled the stupid coffee making my way in to the stall... So this is life.
