Migrating starting with domotics into home cinemas shouldn’t be very big of a jump considering the majority of folks (myself included) probably kicked off the curiosity for control of lights using a remote to make the full room-turned-theatre setup complete. I feel the Harmony series of controllers are a marvel and we now have one for each one of the tv’s. Especially since I don’t watch that live programming style of watching any more, there’s constantly what seemed like many items to flick on and it took so much time grabbing one changer followed by the next until it was ready, before we have to go backwards on the procedure after the movie was finished.

Speaking of remotes, the crossover of automation technologies with entertainment is inching closer by the day with many of the respected producers showcasing infared control from a powerline system as of late and so one can perform stuff like turning on and off a receiver which is on a different floor of the condo having just your remote automation tool. I love this stuff, and everything is explained more completely here Zwave devices than most Zwave blogs so it is definitely a informative site to read through.
You can tell he is way too enthusiastic about automation devices.
