So many questions about automatic lights

I should let people know that for devices considered to be automation I can’t resist most of the recent stuff produced by vendors like Home Automation Inc and the Zigbee Alliance.
What’s interesting is that the recent items produced shouldn’t be considered actually as novel as they would seem since they had been built before utilizing existing readily available parts but now they are available as a tidy package. One other thing is now you don’t feel like you need a 6 page schematic to understand how it works.

A deeper look shows us a few likenesses with the vendor offerings. For instance, not one of them use cordless devices as RF boosters, and nearly all devices use radio frequency to strengthen signals. Beyond this however, things get more a bit complex – Rather than endeavor to explain it myself and make a bunch of errors, there’s a site here ISY-99i has good discussions digging into any divergences.
So if you’re having thoughts on tricks to earn some moolah to fund the recent infatuation, kindly let us know!
