Nothing beats home automation

When it comes to things related to house automation I’m a big fan of some of the recent stuff created by vendors like the Z-Wave alliance and SmartLabs.
Nearly all of these recent products created shouldn’t be considered actually as as much of a movement as one would imagine since these things was built previously using existing off-the-shelf items but instead now they are accessible as a prebuilt kit. That and now you don’t require an electrical engineering degree to set things up.

Certainly there exist many parallels among the vendor offerings. One such similarity, almost none of the technologies use portable products as message relays, and they all use RF in some manner. When investigating further though, it becomes more a bit complex – Rather than struggle to portray it at this point and explain things poorly, there’s a site here ISY-99i has pages dedicated to analyzing some of the divergences.
So if you have any legal ideas for tricks to pull together some moolah to fund the new obsession, kindly let me know!
