Considering our consolidation of theatre rooms and remote control lights

Switching focus starting with home automation over into home cinemas is hardly that big of a transition taking into account many individuals (including me) probably kicked off the journey for perfect ambiance via a remote control to make the full movie room setup perfect. In my mind the Logitech remote controls are a favorite item and we now own one for all of our house’s televisions. When you consider that we almost never do the live programming style of watching at all, there’s always way too many entertainment systems to turn on which drove me crazy using the first remote then the next one until things were setup, before we have to go backwards on the process after the movie was over.

With that in mind, the combination of automation and our ‘relaxing’ technologies is moving more realistic each week with quite a few of the more prevalent vendors prototyping infared management from your home automation system now and so anyone with an interest can now do actions we couldn’t do before like networking a mp3 system that is at the far end of the home with the handheld house tool. Can you tell I’m excited? It’s neat, though it’s clarified more completely here Z-Wave home automation than most X10 sites so it’s for sure a good destination to check out.
You can tell he is entirely too eager when discussing technology.
