There was a killer house on that show after Lost which literally made me want to copy it – They had used whole-home automation and performed a so-so job making it all work. Each fireplace was integrated and I didn’t see this coming but the litter boxes plus the pool were talking to each other.
I’ve been excited by lighting control for a while now but I’d never seen a system of this caliber, it was amazing and truly remarkable.
Sometimes I dream of having the house more automated so it can like following me with music through the house or reminding us of obligations as we leave the house. Many things are a bit out from now (it should be noted that some people are doing it) on the other hand more practical items for example lighting and music that can be remotely controlled are available and inexpensive lately. This week I’m going to plead my case to my financial advisor- following which she can blame the site that got me interested: Home automation products
