Kicking off the inclusion of entertainment centers against remote control lights

Transitioning from automation of your home over to in-house theatres is hardly that much of a conversion taking into account many people (myself included) almost certainly began their exploration for mood lighting using a remote to make the full movie theatre replica perfect. In my mind the Logitech Harmony controllers have been a godsend and we purchased one for virtually all of the tv’s. Since we don’t watch that ‘live’ tv thing at all, there’s constantly so many items to switch on and it took so much time using the first changer followed by the next one until all the devices were on, just to go backwards on the procedure once the movie was over and done with.

That said, the commingling of technologies like Insteon with entertainment is becoming nearer each time I check with many of the well known home automation places offering IR integration from your domotics network as of late and because of this anyone with an interest can do stuff we couldn’t do before like turning on and off a tuner which could be at the far end of the place with your RF Zwave controls. I love this stuff, though everything is clarified better here: X10 switches than many Zwave blogs so it’s a informative place to read through.
You can tell he is dangerously eager about this stuff.
