A commercial made it hard to think about anything else

Two weeks ago a sweet house on that show after Lost which probably caused me to drool – They installed domotics and performed a thorough job of putting the pieces together. Almost every ceiling fan could be controlled and even silly things like the inside doors plus the arcade room were talking to each other.
I had been curious about Insteon for a long time but I’d never seen systems like this, it was wicked and truly remarkable.
I always talk about having the house do fancy tasks along the lines of adjusting the temperature for each room or voice alerting us to someone at the door. Many things are a ways in the future (although some houses could do it) nonetheless more practical items for example lighting and music at the touch of a button have come down in price and reasonably priced this year. I think I need to sway my other half... following which she can hold responsible the site that got me started on all this: Insteon home automation
