A commercial got me planning …

Two weeks ago a huge building on abc which almost made me stare – They had used automatic showers and had done a pretty decent job of having it be impressive. Every window curtain knew what the other was doing and since this was an extreme case the phones as well as the gazebo roof were accessible from the controllers everywhere.
I’ve been a fan of Zigbee for forever but thinking about a system of this caliber, it was crazy and truly remarkable.
I often day dream of having the current place do fancy tasks like running a bath by just asking the house to or voice alerting us to someone at the door. maybe some stuff is still several years in the future (it should be noted that some houses have made it work) though more realistic things such as lighting and music for parties or relaxing have come down in price and reasonably priced lately. When I get home I will sway my lovely wife... after which she can blame the place that got me interested: X10 home automation
