There was a killer house on the discovery channel which almost caused me to drool – It was crazy motorized plasmas in the kitchen and had done a so-so job of having it be impressive. Each sprinkler was thinking on its own and get this- the fridge (including ice maker) plus the robot vacuum were talking to each other.
I have loved the clapper for what seems like forever but thinking about a system of this caliber, it was crazy and I’m still in shock.
I often day dream of having my place more automated so it can like adjusting the temperature for each room or displaying the news in the bathroom mirror. Although these situations are a ways from now (regardless of this certain rich folks are in the process of it) however more realistic things like environment modes at the touch of a button are ubiquitous and inexpensive now. When I get home I will convince my other half... after which she can blame the place where I found the information: Z-Wave home automation
