It’s pretty well known that for technologies associated with home of the future type stuff my wallet is at the mercy of any of the recent releases for sale by vendors like Home Automation Inc and Home Automation Inc.
Many of these new devices for sale aren’t actually as big a deal as they claim because they has been created through other means utilizing existing basic component products but nowadays they are accessible as a clean little package. As a side benefit these kits don’t need a complicated circuit diagram to get it working.

Upon closer inspection there are numerous correlations amongst the various technologies. As an example, almost none of the product lineups use portable products as message repeaters, and it’s hard to find one that doesn’t use radio waves one way or another. Looking deeper still, it gets more interesting – I’m not going to try to express it myself and explain things poorly, this place Insteon switch has good discussions analyzing the contrast points.
That said if you have any legal ideas on tricks to pull together enough money to fund the latest infatuation, comment below and pass it along!
