Thoughts of automatic lighting

As with all items considered to be automation I watch pretty carefully the recent stuff created from consortiums such as the Z-Wave alliance and the Z-Wave alliance.
It should be noted that these recent products created shouldn’t be considered in reality as as much of a movement as one would imagine since this stuff could be done through other means using other basic stuff but instead now they are offered as a tidy kit. That and you won’t need an electrical engineering degree to understand how it works.

Certainly there exist several resemblances among the various technologies. As an example, none of the offerings use cordless devices as signal repeaters, and it seems like all use radio waves in some manner. Looking deeper however, it becomes interesting – I could endeavor to express it now and make mistakes, this place Insteon has pages dedicated to stressing any differences.
That said anybody having any visions regarding ways to earn some funds to sponsor the new addiction, don’t hesitate to share!
